You HAVE to only play 20 of pve to get top placement, has nothing to do with the game being dead or not though. It's just how a speed competition works.

walk me though this how can you play 30 mins a day tops and take first place in pve

unless you have a team that wins round 0 every time i cant see this happening

this is what less then 7 mins playing 36 rounds?

Jugg / Rocket / any other for trivial nodes
Aunt May / 5* Emma / Thanos (or essential) for all other nodes except waves and the grind for CN and high health 5e
Your favorite away team for CN grinds
Krakoa is a must support for Emma. Then 80% 6 AP supports help as well.

That’ll work for most events. Wave nodes and some other factors can lengthen the process but not past 30-35 minutes total per day. A couple events can be done in under 20 minutes per day, and I’m just t5, so there are people that can do it a bit faster.

If you're done, then be done. If you're not done, lots of the players here are happy to answer your questions and help you understand what to do (you got a lot of good answers in this post already!).

I get it, though. You're not finding it fun and you wonder what's changed. The answer, most likely, is that you have. The things that keep you hooked on the game have been accomplished and the new thing (2ascended5s or 3ascended5s) don't seem worth the effort. More rewards won't help that, as you say. 6☆ characters (you mentioned before) might but you'll probably find that the top players have them faster than you and stomp you with them.

My advice, and others may have different views, is take a year out and come back when things have changed and you'll have something to look forward to again. You may decide not to because other things fill the gap, but you may get the fun back. There's nothing to be gained by continuing to play a game you don't enjoy, except a growing resentment.

maybe that is my problem i hoard tokens and then opened them when asecension hit (like 6000 token at one pt)

i find fun sometime still in the game i think if they would make the seasonal vault 100% if you get all quest done would make the game fun again.. i just find it a slap in the face doing all of the quest yet getting nothing better then a 3 star i will never use

Many of us have walked you through how to get to play in the higher tiers.
You refuse to take advise from the rest of us on the forums.

I play about an hour a day with a good roster and place well.
Even when I had a **** roster with 1 champed 5 at cl10 I was able to place t100.
If you want the rewards do the work.

I'm not the most loved poster here but sometimes you get into things that make even me cringe.
Your constant bemoaning of whatever it is that day is tiresome.

A lot of people here give you advice and you ALWAYS reject it, and then come back a couple weeks later and complain about similar things.

If you don't want to do the work don't complain about your rewards.

if i sound all bitchie its probally due to the way i fell.. i screwed up my back years ago and had back pain for years last jan i fell and messed it up worse. well i went to PT and all of a sudden i started getting pain in my gut. march went to doctor and got a ct scan and it all came back normal yet i got pain. Well first week of june i go out and eat and 2 hours later im throwing up all over the place ended up in walk and and said i had flu i tell them its not the flu its my galbladder like i told my doctor back in jan.. Well they go since the scan came back clean its not that. the next day i need up in the hospital and guess what.. Gallbladder full of stones. I get to talk about surgry on june 23 and probally happed a few week after that . so many once the pain goes away i start to not be so crankie

point is i just cant put my finger on it what took the fun out of this game for me.. no wait i think it was when Supports was added to PVP and no matter what you FIGHT the same time in PVP

sitting on around 100k gold and almost 25000 cp maybe that is why sort of bored as well nothing to really spend them on.

i just love to see PVE and PVP redone somehow to make it better

Also isnt PVP based on your rank and wins
if im taking other the same powerful team at level 10 and then skip 3 to 5 PVP and fall to rank 8 why am i still fighting the same 3 powerful time i can even hit skip 20 times and its still the same freaking teams

i think that is the problem cause i have started playing on a tablet and im fiding it more fun doing that with nothing more then a few 3 stars theen what i have here its fighting the same freaking people in pvp what ruined this for me

It's been a while since we had a slap to the face around here, good to know it is still going!

@slidecage - I guess I was the one who "attack" you about the rewards but you should know two things: One I never "attack" you, I was just joking around and two, maybe read back some of your posts and see whether they are well expressed articulate criticisms of the game or a bunch of incoherent rambling nonsense that rejects advice given by people who took the time out of their day to try and help you. Then maybe try and understand why you are attracting negative feedback here for your seeming colossal ingratitude and childlike greediness.

And yeah...I know...@scofie do what you gotta do for my mean girls post but really...I don't regret it.

SCL does NOT change the opponents you see in PVP. It is determined by your roster strength. Dropping down to level 8 is doing nothing but lowering the rewards you can earn.

The only thing that may change up the teams you see is choosing to play a different time slice.

This is why I have to assume slidecage is another elaborate wind up. How can you play the game 10 years and be on the forum and not even know what SCL selection does or doesn't do? 10 years... It's like drinking wine for 10 years and then saying " Why does this grape juice make me drunk?!?!?"

That's MMR. I don't understand how 550 is screwed? You fight players that are at that level because the game is trying to do it's job correctly. It doesn't matter which SCL event you join. If you want to beat up on easy teams you have to break MMR which means scoring a certain level of points. This game doesn't really let you beat up rosters much lower than yours because how would that be any fun for them?
