I play on iOS and my husband plays on Steam. Casual players like he is--the ones who don't go out looking for forums like this and just play the game--are going to be the maddest about the bugs. He had no idea a redesign over a new engine was coming. He's frustrated. If it's in quotes below, it's a direct quote from that filthy casual.
- The scroll on his mouse is less effective
- Everything is sssllllllloooowwwwweeeeedddddd down. Giving damage is slower. Animations are slower. Replacing enemies during a waves battle? Slower. Slow to load the list of event rewards. "Enemies now give a little jump when they are downed and then slowly move to the back of the line while the next enemy comes up. It takes less than a second but it takes MORE time than it did yesterday. Wow. If you open a heroic token and it gives you both 3* hearted shards and 4* hearted shards, the rewards pop up one at a time, one after the other, instead of both at once... It's slower."
- He's being "cheated out of the 750 points for bringing Captain Marvel" lol
- He didn't get credited for the last Welcome to SHIELD battle, so it's showing as complete but didn't give points
- "When I had gotten the reward, they darken that image. Now they dont. They are all bright and it's not as easy to see the yellow checkmarks. Why do they keep changing the brightness on things?" Like me, he's getting old and his eyes don't work as well as they used to! For old fogies like us, TURN UP THE CONTRAST on everything--definitely don't turn it down.
- "The cascades no longer continue after you win victory. I was trying to get black matches, so I made a 4 match to clear a row and let a black match fall into place, but the victory screen came up and the cascade didn't continue so 3 black tiles stayed unbroken."
He's a financials developer, and he has like zero patience for the release of undertested (shoddy) code. Therefore, this too-early release is negatively impacting my marriage as I'm subjected to frustrated ranting about it, and it's probably not helpful that I haven't had to deal with any of the bugs since I'm on iOS.

And my Season Pass has just been reset to day 1
On my Steam, it is the box that was reset tot he top, but all of the items had a "checkmark" in them. Scrolled down, and I'm still working on earning my #74+ like yesterday.
Comment #1 on The Build. Used 3Deadpool and 4America (seperately) to earn "pride token", didn't get a reward. I know normally that usually "resets" around 130pm EST, but it's almost 6pm EST and still didn't register.
Comment #2. Using 5JuggerDuck in PVE, it's showing 4InvisibleWoman icons for his matches.
Re: season pass ... this. They haven't been reset, the new UI isn't auto-scrolling to the last claimed level. It's defaulting to the top.
I claimed 5 levels just now, and rec'd the correct rewards for 62 - 66.
Or at least, that's how it is on my device, the evening of Wed June 18. WtH knows about anyone else's machine, or what I'll see tomorrow.

My husband is being VERY DRAMATIC about this right now. I'm in another room and just got this text: "I am very emotional about MPQ. I feel betrayed and I feel like a 10 year relationship was just destroyed due to cheating on their part." I won't put the rest here, but it's increasingly enraged. One of 5* Agatha's powers isn't working correctly and he's having a legit meltdown over here. Mostly he's mad because he's played (and paid) for 10 years and he feels like the game has just been ripped away from him. Like, there was no warning that he'd lose all his saved teams. And the announcement that started with "we can officially say this upgrade is ready!" has made him nigh-homicidal.

On Steam - things look prettier I guess but...
The big issue for me is that for the past two days nothing that requires a specific character seems to register in game as using that specific character. Daily Quests "Stun or down with Luke Cage/ Ms Marvel" registers no credit to the quest for using them. Ghost Rider Deadpool gives no token for being used in roster. And the week long one character battle in Deadpool Daily resets every day as being undone

The Crash resetting daily….you do realize that’s a big boon to you? It means over 7 days instead getting one LT for a relatively simple fight…you can get 7? For doing it each day?
Honestly I think that crashes should be daily events anyway due to dilution etc but let’s not complain about this one, huh?

It does the same with champ rewards. Went to check the reward I just got from a 4-star in the 360s because I blanked out on what it was, and the reward list was at the top but not reset (fortunately, as it is a long road back to the 360s).

Not reading through all comments, but wanted to report issues with sound popping, particularly on creation or powerup of attack/protect/strike tiles etc.
Also, Fullscreen options do NOT work. They only go to Windowed fullscreen, as my mouse keeps moving on to my second monitor while playing.
Animations are much smoother, but janky switches between screens etc., but I believe that's known already.
Using steam.While I'm at it, any chance of getting a roster filter option for characters with costumes?

There's also an issue with the Roster screen when you're trying to update characters that I just ran into with Deadpool.
This is a list of my roster that shows up with "Deadpool" There is a maxed out Ascended 4-star, another ascended 4-star that I'm trying to max out to get him up to 5-star, and a non-maxed out 3-star.
When I filter to "Upgrade Ready" only the 3-star shows up.

Well, it seemed that way to me, because after the update all the sound settings were back to default instead of silent. I was wondering if those noises were real or if the new version was driving me insane. (perhaps both)

Lol, I can imagine. I have played on my wife's account a little bit recently and she has the sound on and it freaked me out, especially the noise IM40's recharge makes!

Anyone else notice reward progression bars depletes to the left now instead of moving to the right?
I still got the rewards but I just can't help but chuckle to myself at how this appropriately visualises the state of the game now.
