The new update borked the roster filtering. If you choose update ready you get dozens of characters that cannot be updated. Other than that I cannot see any improvements in the game. Let us know if you find anything being fixed.
Update: Forgot independence vault and quests has turned up.

Yep...was just going to comment on this. It looks like Ascended characters can always get "trained" in the latest patch, even if you don't have any covers for them to level them up.
On the bright side, you still need the actual covers to level them up. That was my second thought after seeing them all on the filtered list. My first thought was "Wait...when did I get this many covers?"

I'm noticing significant improvement in performance. No more random freezing, game loads and closes normally now.
Duplicate support display bug is still there.

Yeah... this is very irritating when clicking on an ascended character just to realize i didn't have covers to level up.
Edit: hmm, 5* Bobby seems to be back to his former self now, so can easily do the stun quests with cheapThor.

well to the makers of this game i first like to say thank you for all the fun times i had for the last 10 + years but due to the major lag support bugs and other **** i think im about to call it at least till whenever the tablet is allowed to play with steam
might check in and play one or two times but i just cant stand the lag anymore hopefully it gets fixxed i mean
after a win in pve it throws you into deadpool
it takes 3 to 5 seconds to add a cover that is if it dont crash
each support shows like 10 of each and major lag to rotate themand get reid of supports in pvp

There have been a couple updates, that mostly improved things but also made some things worse.
Bugs that affect game play
1. Occasionally you can't make any matches, and have to retreat.
2. Still some laggy/slow sections. Can't clear all nodes in the same time-frame as non-Unity.Bugs that affect a user's experience:
1. Missing text, misplaced test
2. Unable to rename saved teams over 6 (and originally lost all saved teams)
3. Roster filter is not accurate and significantly worse than before.
4. Enemy count down timers don't pulse while switching characters. Specifically only when a "pick a tile" ability is being used. i.e. Capt. America Peacemaker.
5. Growbar does not grow accurately.
6. "Today's News" button doesn't work
7. Board resolution seems lower. It probably is auto-scaling. (this might be "as designed")
8. Supports are showing multiple copies(regression bug, because it is back)
9. Clicking "Next reward" on a charter doesn't auto scroll to their current level.
10. The Software version displaying during a battle should go away once MPQ is stable again.Fixed bugs:
Character selection is correct now
Performance has improved, still are some areas of improvement.
Rewards don't appear to be delayed. (**EDIT: ** Seem to happen less often, closing the app fixes it)
All expected nodes are appearing.Thoughts:
I know how difficult supporting two simultaneous versions of an application can be.
I truly feel for the Developers and Testers, this transition has been more difficult than expected.With: Missing nodes, missing rewards (Elsa), unplayable/slow game play, etc.
Steam players have been unfairly penalized in rankings, rewards and general frustration.
I agree the posted "Steam Unity Compensation" is a needed. Perhaps it is a little underwhelming.
ISO-8 multiplier, or VIP Status would probably entice more Steam Folks to "come back", and garner more "good will"
(Bonus: They might be tempted by the "Free X day trial", to purchase it in the future.)I appreciate the staggered launch approach (smaller user base to largest)
For folks "soft locked" out of their iOS or Android, let them get into the beta easier.
I would recommend waiting much longer than 7 days to rollout: Apple iOS and Google Android
Let Steam and Kindle "bake" a little longer, giving Dev more time to fix issues.
Because a happy customer is a return customer, and a unhappy customer is a lost customer.This is by no means a complete list. I am just a player, doing a "brain dump" of the events over the last 2 1/2 weeks.

- The GUI doesn't deselect a roster's character portrait. (looks like you can have a 3+ selected)
- Growbar does not grow/display accurately
- "Today's News" button doesn't work
- The Software version displaying during a battle should go away once MPQ is stable again.
- Events used to stick around for a day after they complete, so you could see your rank.
- Roster filter is not always 100% accurate/consistent.
- Board resolution seems lower. It probably is auto-scaling.
- Enemy character visuals are wrong for a second while they are loading.
Enemy character countdown tiles no longer "throb" when you have a pending ability
Fixed bugs:
Multi wave node points bug, and tracking point in PvE
Daily missions were not giving you credit. i.e. Play 10 Missions, Stun with character X
4 matches don't clear more than one row.
When leveling up powers, XP wasn't displaying correctly.This is by no means a complete list. I am just a player, doing a "brain dump" of the events over the last week.

Appears to be on user side, some subroutines in the app randomly stop interacting with the server.
Rebooting the app gets things going again ... until it happens again.

New bug on Steam - The "Train 3 Powers" daily quest now no longer counts if you add a cover to an ascended character if it doesn't increase their level. Just had six covers that I added to various characters, which usually puts me well into the "You've completed this quest." territory. Right now, I'm 2/3.

Has it ever been another way? Genuine question - I never waited to apply covers to characters that were 0/2 because I knew it didn't count for those quests but I didn't always track it, especially in the early days of ascension.

I haven't seen anyone on the forum mention this bug.
When sorting your roster to apply covers and use the "covers available filter', it shows all the 1* & 2* characters, even if you don't have covers to apply to them. That's a new bug after 7/3 change adding Kindle (?).

Known bug from before the Kindle release. Reported on Discord several times at least.

I play 100% on my iPhone and I am not looking forward to this updating dropping. Sounds like a complete mess.

You are not alone, it has been reported, screen shots and videos have been supplied.

- Character roster filter bugs (regression)
- Lag/performance (it has already improved, but could be better.)
- Game stops making matches (been in every Unity build/patch)
- Supports are showing duplicates (regression)
If those 4 items were fixed I'd be happier, most of the other items I can "live with" for a while.
I could probably create a list: "Fix these 15 things, before releasing to mobile"

If I had a nickel for every time I've heard this prediction. I guess it will have to be true eventually.
