Dev Update #4 - MPQ Unity Staggered Launch

Well, it should be up for unity now. However, I am missing the support token in the middle of the puzzle gauntlet for omnipotence city. Hopefully steam users have that or they patch it in soon.

The characters constantly "popping" at the start of the match is a little weird.

the extra rewards is that a bug or is that how its going to work now
boss battle seems to be locked got to exit and come back in just to play

The Supports are back to normal on Steam/PC.
The Yellow progress bar is still a bit wacky.
The characters are still jumping up and down a bit at the start of a battle, but not as much as yesterday.
The HIT numbers are back to normal. (not covering the entire board anymore)
Today's Captain America Quest is functioning. (MS MARVEL never did register for me yesterday)
The very loud (and annoying) clicking sound with multiple matches within a battle is gone.
The overall speed of the game is still lightening fast.
Still have to click on the SEND button in Alliance IM's (ENTER key doesn't work), but the IM function is greatly improved overall.
The Vaults all seem to be functioning normally again. I got the PRIDE Month token using SOV-Deadpool.
Though you do have to remember to keep the new HUGE Red cursor off to one side or the other in order to scroll down. (otherwise it just scrolls the individual vault sideways)
The Season Pass window still defaults to #1 when you open it, but it retains your actual progress, you just have to scroll down to the last item you received.4 -
It's interesting to me that some users are reporting the game is faster while others are reporting it is slower. I don't envy the troubleshooting team on that one.

This is due to WILDLY differing hardware (laptop, desktop, graphics cards/drivers, sound cards/drivers) and software (Win 10 vs Win 11 all kinds of different versions of DirectX). It's why so many companies abandoned PC game development for consoles where the hardware and software is 100% known and does not change. If you go to websites after new game releases for PCs you'll see countless posts from people where the game doesn't work even if they meet specs and so they have to troubleshoot one system at a time. I've done this before and it's not fun for the company or the customers.
I suspect Apple/Android will go a lot smoother.

They rolled out an update on Steam. The lag is almost gone now, use to be so bad that it would slow down my pc. It takes a split second to load when you choose a new character. Sometimes I enter a fight and the game shows me 3 of the same characters on my team before loading properly.
Supports visual glitch is gone now. The game art seems darker, like someone was messing with the contrast slider.
Progress bar filling up in reverse is still there.

New observation regarding STEAM:
In PVP, on the main screen that shows the events (Hulkling, season, etc, etc), it doesn't show if you are shielded. Go into the event (Hulkling today), and up by "SHIELD" it says "NONE". But go to Shield and it shows that i've spent the 1-day shield.So your Shield status isn't showing properly on the other screens (PVP and event).

still moving slow also when you check alliance rank it shows

I wonder if the devs have considered what a blow it will be to the playerbase if we can't play MPQ on our dishwashers anymore. I'd hate to have to switch to playing on my smart fridge. It's a real pain dragging that thing in and out of the bathroom.

PVE/PVP events disappear as soon as they are completed, so no chance to check final score, placement, or whether you got the correct rewards (which I remember somebody warning about). Boss cooldown timer is 15h long. Contrast is poor, there was no need to change that, in-game controls would be better.
Not sure if this is related to Unity or not, but HP deals (e.g. tokens for HP) now appear down the bottom of the page below the bargain deal of 1x 5-star cover for 500 CP. I had thought these were normally more prominent near the top of the Offers list, but I could be wrong.

Anyone experiencing weird timers for the boss event? I swear I just cleared the last round 5-6 hours ago and now it's showing 9h 27m to go...Doesn't normal boss node reset every 8 hrs and 12 on heroic?
Edit: Okay someone definitely messed up. After finishing the boss node the timer is now showing 15h 59m.

Hmm, 5* Iceman's stun tiles no longer activate when mThor passively blew them up... darn stealth nerf...

daily quest now reset at 4pm est ?
