    You can't.  The maximum level for a character is a five star reaching 550.  Only the AI in pve can be set to levels above 550.  

    To get a five star to 550 you would have to have the 13 covers to champ them to lvl 450 and then get an additional 100 covers for that character to get them 100 champs levels to reach 550

    The max level for a 3 star is 266
