    Well that was stupid! I knew better than trying to uninstall and reinstall. I tried to restore my account using my apple save and it created a new save locking me into the tutorial. This is a complete cluster €@$#! I hope CS can fix this, assuming I even filed a ticket in the right place. I did it through settings and help in game. Was that the correct way?

    Try again. Sometimes it doesn't take on first reinstall.

    Using the in-game help is sketchy and doesn't provide an audit trail. Use their online submission instead:

    Good luck with the restore! I've pointed several of our players to the online form and at least 1 player, the earliest to submit, has his account back

    That link is actually the same one that I found going to help in game. It sends you to their FAQs page and the link is there. I got an automated response saying it would take 24-72 business hours and that they are closed on the weekend. I figure I won’t be able to play until next week now. I’ve gone through the process of restoring my account before about 4-5 years ago. It was fairly simple and straightforward then, I guess we’ll see how it goes this time.

    If you do another uninstall-reinstall I would sure you are logged into your Apple Id account BEFORE you start the game for the first time. You want MPQ to automatically read the logged Apple Id along and access the save when it starts.

    Well, I updated and got stuck. Then they released another update to fix that so now I can get back in.

    Now most vaults are missing and the ones I do see are all “post event”.

    I think the problem is that the first time I tried the reinstall it started me in the 1st match of the tutorial. I finished it and then immediately tried to log into my apple account and for whatever reason, instead of logging into my old account it saved the new install as if the old one never existed. All I really know is that every time I try a reinstall it only brings up the new game. I just went ahead and gave it a new user name so CS can just merge the 2. At least that’s what they did last time, told me to play through the tutorial, create a user name and then they merged the 2

    And now “Arctic Circle” nodes are dropping to half value after one battle (I could only start playing now).

    Loaded up, no problem. Set Apple to backup then set about Thanos-murdering 50 seals in Torch then 50 more in Sim.

    Also have the Marvel screen only. I was using FB as my backup, I think I logged in Apple to back it up after the last wonky update i have no desire to accidentally lose everything I played for years.
    I sent a ticket to support, but I have no idea if they’ll respond

    Get the update in the App Store, that should fix it hopefully
