    @SuperCarrot Nope, that’s as far as it gets. Mine has been stuck like that for 36 hours, and I’m too nervous to uninstall the app/ can’t be bothered with the CS palava when the restore doesn’t work, so I’m just waiting it out

    Your options if the screen is stuck is to delete and reinstall, or wait and see if the devs release an update that works even if you already updated to 327.

    My wife said: "I guess it's not working. Good time for a break until it's fixed, I guess."

    Also... I've reinstalled before and had to get through the tutorial before being able to reconnect to the backup.

    I really don't think anyone is losing their entire progress.

    I could be wrong, of course.

    @Gymp28 I did the delete and reinstalled. Things were “fine” but my alliance decided to suspended the play everyday rule…think I’m going to take advantage of that.

    The Devs have all of our accounts saved so CS can restore you even if FB or whatever doesn't work. As I said I had to do this last year when FB save was broken.

    Sorry. I’m not taking the chance on a reinstall. What a disaster this game has been recently.

    Do you have the game backed up? Even if you don't as long as you know your in game name CS can find your account and then you go through the following steps of playing a match or two until you are prompted to make a new account name, tell CS what that account name is and what your original account name was and they can restore your existing account.

    Here’s an idea, turn off auto-update. I haven’t manually updated this game in a long time but that doesn’t matter if you force an update to a broken version. I went from being able to play just fine yesterday to not being able to get past the Marvel screen this morning because I was auto-updated last night.

    TURN OFF AUTO-UPDATE!! Telling people not to update and then forcing them to update is sheer idiocy.

    Maybe you could have pulled R327 from the stores, you know. I mean it's been like 1 or 2 days since the release and this was immediately known.

    I tried uninstall reinstall. It hung on trying to restore my apple save. Restarted and then it just sent me to the tutorial like a new account. Frustrated beyond belief.

    Problem is you need R327 for the new 4 star Maker character. Without that release you wouldn't properly get covers or be able to use him or fight against him etc. You'd basically be sandboxed.

    I'm on R326 and received 1200 shards for my 3a4 Namor. Was able to roster Maker from the shards today

    It is worth trying again to uninstall and reinstall. It failed for me first time but worked second.

    You need to stop with the force updates, I got automatically updated to the latest 327 now I can't play the game on Android, I uninstalled and restarted and reinstalled.no go..it was working in 326 bugs and all, at least I was playing game.

    I only just uninstalled my game yesterday morning due to it getting stuck on a loading loop

    So now I have to uninstall and reinstall again as game has auto updated

    All this has completely wrecked my simulatior pve

    I’m sure we will all get compensation for this like we did last time

    I actually thought the compensation was quite good last time but then I didn’t have the constant crashing of those playing on steam , tablets etc

    Here goes nothing 😬

    I, too, am affected by the loading screen bug. I cannot go further because if I do, I lose all my data. Got this message after attempting to delete to be able to reinstall:

    "Delete Marvel Puzzle Quest? Deleting this app will also delete its data."

    I would have to start all over from scratch to continue, saying goodbye to my old data. Even with my knowledge of my username, I would have to recollect all the heroes I know I had and lost. 180 slots as of this writing.
