    Absolutely agree with that. It seems like Kang was rushed, maybe? Or maybe he's just complicated in the code in ways that aren't clear to us. Either way he needs some fixing and/or clarification.

    Right. And they don’t have the same text. I took the 3* into DDQ and used quicksilver to swap tiles so I could match a countdown. Destroying it that way did not net extra AP. I don’t have a blue cover for the 5* yet, but if I did the same thing (destroyed a countdown tile via matching) and and it did result in AP, then I’d assume I’m right. Expiring is a form of tile destruction the same way matching is a form of tile destruction. Not saying they are synonyms. Apple and fruit are not synonyms. Apples are one type of fruit. Matching is one form of tile destruction. Line clearing is another. And perhaps tiles expiring are another. If there’s a character that opposes this theory I’m interested.

    Well, on my language strike tiles are translated literally as assault tiles, so I'm a bit used to figure it out all the things by myself :D .

    5* Kang only benefits from destroyed tiles, and not expired tiles. This actually makes 3* better for the 3 turn cheese team. You have to get your Hawkeye big enough to eat some hits though.

    He doesn't, though.
    The 5* also gets blue when the tiles expire.
    That was the whole point of this discussion about the wording.
    It SAYS destroyed, but works on expire.
    Try it out.

    I did try it out and it wasn’t working for me today. It worked on 3* but not 5* for whatever reason

    They really boned themselves with the stun before anything happens. Chasm may be breaking himself with when the end of turn match damage is being actualized.
    I bet this issue appears with any new mechanic release, and will show up randomly until all the interactions are realized.

    I'm guessing it has to do with turn and stun.
    When you down Chasm with enough Abyss tiles on board, Chasm will take over and stun you, thus can't win battle.
    Hulk will not take your turn away, thus auto win is possible.

    Just me, but I think it's fair and proper operations.

    They did something overnight last night... Kang's passive is now checking constantly to see if everyone is down or away. Like, constantly. After every single action you take, the banner/check fires.

    I haven't tested against the immortal guys but this seems like a brute-force way to fix some big.

    Yes. Realm Shift constantly procc,'ing. I had no idea what was going on and so assumed it was something I hadn't paid attention to with my limited Kang use but nope. Something is up.

    I don't have 5*Kang yet, so I can't check.

    Do you mean, like banners popping up every turn? Does it slow the game down?

    It doesn’t seem to slow the game down but it’s noticeable as a brief distraction.

    Yeah, it's not a significant amount of delay, but it's a delay. The banner pops up every turn, sometimes multiple times a turn, depending on what you do. I'm not sure if there's an animation because I have those turned off.
