Mystical Teachings, Why has not been fixed?

Could we at least get an answer to the real reason why we've been asking for this card to be fixed for over a year, while many others has been fixed, with each update and this one is completely ignored?
There's enough time to nerf it, but not enough to solve the major problem it's had since its release.
It's a masterpiece card, which means players have to spend a lot of resources, requiring months of gameplay to acquire, only to finally have to play it with errors that happen far too often in every game, causing to miss event objectives and, even worse, waste personal time because the designed deck doesn't work when the card fails.

I think players at least deserve an explanation
