Colors of Magic: cards gaining mana

In the bottom node of the Colors of Magic event , cards are sometimes gaining mana... cards should not be gaining mana at all in Colors of Magic, it's in the rules of the event

Sometimes card gain mana from swaps... it always seems to happen on the very first swap of the first turn of the game, altho it happens more inconsistently after that

Also Three Tree City is putting mana into cards
