2025 is coming to an end, and with it we celebrate 10 years together! Let’s check what the season brings!

The presents!

  • Get a free Elite Pack on Dec 10, Dec 16 and Dec 23.

Events

  • The new event Allied Pairs will debut on Dec 10 and remain available for a week, until Dec 17.

    Thanks for ending the year on a **** note. All year long you have done nothing but display how incompetent of a company you are.

    Yes, you get a few things right but your wrongs far outweigh anything you’ve done right.

    So I’m glad this is one less game I gotta keep up with going into the new year.

    Thanks for pushing me to the point that quitting was one of the easiest decisions ever.

    Why buy anything when you guys will just mess with the card in the future because you can’t get anything right to begin with.

    I hope you guys go bankrupt in 2026

    sadenly i have about the same feelings right now. disappointed with "game balancing changes" yes but only by this. i see where the game comes last year. lullaby about story events and new players looks like agony. no, i don't need free packs and more xp. i need game where i can use my brain to make weird ideas working. not yet another big fatty guy who hit hard or billion absolutely useless whiter etc abilities.

    Really disappointed that the PW sale is not only a week shorter than it was last year but also does not include the PWs I’ve been saving up for.

    Doesn’t feel very celebratory at all TBH

    On the noted Planeswalkers that you are excluding from the sale... why not have them for both?

    Not everyone has it as a good option to pay irl cash for Planesawlkers and such, so their investment into the game of grinding for gold and other resources has been their way to work towards the said (or any of the) Planeswalkers. They have been effectively exclusive before, and it is probably best that that time is past.

    On the other hand, some may prioritize getting their new Planeswalker fix by buying them from cash bundles whenever they come around, for various reasons: less grinding for the gold to make it, and even getting a little from the purchase in return; a boost in the pink jewels, just enough for a vanguard or Rare+ Elite pack pull, or simply to build-up towards a Mythic or Masterpiece; a few packs are usually also included, and sometimes from sets that don't get around or easy to get such as PMA, PM2, or Strixhaven - one of which doesn't have any events to get them from, and one of which's event usually feels like more effort than is worth (16 battles, where a few losses or missed objectives might not even reward you with said set's pack. It might be better in lower tiers, but who is risking it on their alts?).

    So depending on the person, there are pros and cons to go for either either way? So, @Magic:PQ Support Team you may want the cash, but you really want all players, so why not both?

    I do kinda imagine that the bundles may be kinda like the one that you did for the Lorwyn 4.5(?) or the ones for Windgrace and Guff, so I do believe that they could in fact be good deals... but not everyone is able to do cash atm, especially how things are in the world right now. I've not bought a planeswalker in a while not because I don't want to, nor because I don't think they are interesting. It's really just because things are too tight.

    Umm. You ended today's planar chaos earlier than expected to replace it with the new discounted version. Unfortunately, I was partway through the "wrong" version so I lost the 20 crystal entry fee and have to pay an extra 10 crystals to actually complete the event. This is not actually a discount--this costs more! @Magic:PQ Support Team what is the thought process here? I mean, I guess I have extra crystals since I won't be getting new PWs in the "sale."

    I mean, you can't even be bothered to list the new events on the forum! You don't respond to questions--when was the last Q&A?

    You continue to demonstrate a complete lack of understanding about the game and why people play it--your recent attempt at rebalancing proves that you only make good cards by mistake.

    It's starting to feel like you've fired all of the devs and replaced them with vibe coding by greedy middle management goons.

    This doesn't feel like a "thank you" it feels like a tinykitty to the face. Hope you have the holidays you deserve.

    Regarding the Dack/Grist/Dakkon pack in the shop: Players that already have some of these Walkers still need to pay the full price to get the rest. And they have no other way to get them.

    I understand you need to make money, but you need to change that, at the very least. You cant expect anyone to pay you 80 for Dakkon und some pinks. You are even discouraging players who usually dont mind paying for walkers with this.

    Regarding your booster sale 10-16 dec.: Wilds of Eldraine is NOT discounted. Is that as intended?

    Agree! I passed up on Aminatou, assuming should would be available for the holiday sale. Why is she excluded @Magic:PQ Support Team ? She wasn't released in the last three sets!

    @Magic:PQ Support Team A holiday tip for next year: make the rare vanguards more accessible for a short period of time. There are now vanguard packs (looking at the WAR set), where there are about 12 rare vanguards in a single pack, without them being non dupe pulls. That is the biggest gamble pack in all of PQ. I would like to collect / complete them, but not the way the packs are offered (in the rare case they are on offer).

    Sorry devs, you screwed the pooch on this one. I don't know how you went from having a fantastic year to a bunch of F@$% ups right at the end of it. These balance changes are terrible and are not very popular for your player base. A lot of people spend time and resources to get these cards just for you to nerf them at the very end and have no compensation for them?!? That's not cool! I DON'T WANT TO SEE NEW HOLOGRAPHIC CARDS WHEN YOU CAN'T EVEN GET YOUR CARDS TO WORK CORRECTLY WITHOUT FREEZING!
    This is the same **** that caused many people to quit the game before. Don't make the same mistakes as the people that came before you. I'm seriously disappointed and expected better from you guys.

    Circling back to the double planar chaos; they did refund my 20 crystals from the first event that ended early and provided the following non-excuse:

    "We had to make some adjustments to our schedule to accommodate all events and offers related to the Holiversary.
    This is why the Planar Chaos event had a different start and time times."

    Why were you caught off guard by the event start times and the sale @Magic:PQ Support Team ? These things should have been expected and/or anticipated. Does the lack of communication exist not just on the forum but in the office as well? This would be ridiculously silly if it weren't a sign of such obvious disfunction at your offices.

    I've said it before but it's worth repeating; this behaviour does not inspire the sort of confidence needed for regular folks to spend money on the game. I know you don't care about the regular folks, only the whales (which is why you have nerfed the good cards and paywalled the stand-out PWs) but consider this; the whales don't actually like playing against other whales--that's why they whine so much about facing other players with OP cards.

    Lastly, I am curious; when did you realise that those cards (and PWs) were overpowered? When you slammed them into all of those Planar Chaos decks you tried to convince us were other players? When the whales started complaining that too many of the F2Peasants had them?
