[Spoiler] When whispers align
Sometimes, we may wonder what we would do with a fresh start. With the release of Shadowmoor, you can find that out in your next match!

Conspire
Conspire is a keyword that checks if you control 2 or more creatures that have at least one of the colors of the spell being cast.
If you do, the spell will do both its normal and conspire effects.
If you don’t, the spell will only resolve its normal effects.
Example: The spell with Conspire you are about to cast is white/blue, like Worldpurge.
If you control zero or one creature, the condition is not met, and the spell will do only its normal effects. With Worldpurge, that will mean you will gain 2 extra swipes, then each player discards all cards from their hands, and then returns the specified cards to the owner's hand.
If you control two creatures, one white and another white/red, the condition is met, and the spell will do both its normal and conspire effects. In Worldpurge's case, this will mean you will gain an additional 2 extra swaps!
If you control three creatures, one white, one white/blue, and another white/red, the condition is met, and the spell will do both its normal and conspire effects.
If you control two creatures, one red and another white/red, the condition is not met, and the spell will do only its normal effects.
On this glooming side of the plane, conspiring will always reap you additional benefits. What will you be conspiring about once Shadowmoor is released?

FOUR swaps? Shark. Jumped.

In a few months or so, I will see how this plays with Myojin of Night's Reach. Not saying I don't want it, just will passive chase for me.
Greg and I discard our cards, then Myojin bounces... Probably easier ways to double the discard, but may be fun. Or "fun".

And here I was thinking that Webcore finally realized that power creep was a thing in this game. How naïve of me. Why not 1 extra swap and 2 when the conditions are met? This card is absolutely crazy and shouldn't exist how it is now.

Am I missing something or is this not just a board wipe that lets you recast your cards, resulting in a 1-sided board wipe? Like how is this different to say ruinous ultimatum? What good is 4 extra swaps if you just lost your hand and everything you had previously played.

It looks ok, but my instincts tell me that
A) It's not a board wipe I'd want to use when I'm behind,
it's not a board wipe I'd want to use when I'm ahead, and
C) It'd be hard to throw it into a combo deck what with the hand discard and resetting your board presence1 -
D) Nothing wrong with some power creep when most of us win 99% of the games. I had zero chase cards in Lorwyn so I hope the new set will have some. I don’t think I am going to chase this one.

It's a bit worse than Ruinous Ultimatum/River's Rebuke - yes, you get up to 4 swaps to reset your side, but everything in your hand is now a permanent (because you discarded everything prior to bouncing your own stuff), no spells, so loop potential is mostly gone. MAYBE four swaps is enough to get those cards back into play, but if the board state isn't great or they're really expensive, then you're just kind of resetting back to 0. Pairing with Ghalta makes this card worse since it's taking up one of your creature slots - green isn't a color that gets the two Conspire swaps. Plus this doesn't affect lands, which was the big draw of Requisition Raid. I guess it's more like a Great Aurora with upside (and lands stay put), but also nothing dies/goes to graveyard if that's your angle? I see Janosik's point, it's tough to justify while you're already ahead, but if you're in need of a full reset, you could do worse.
