Can’t swap covers for White Tiger

White Tiger no longer has a “new” label, but I can’t swap 2* covers for WT like I can for any other 2*.

    Could it be because her store is still running? Although that seems a bit weird if so.

    Zola can’t be ascended either, so maybe something else is amiss.
