Devs, please clarify the feeder situation for Toni and Sunspot and Red Hulk

As of today, Red Hulk feeds Sunspot secondary and doesn't feed Toni any longer.

My recollection (and per what we entered in the spreadsheet we use to track feeders for the Discord bot) is that Red Hulk fed Toni primary before yesterday. I ascended Red Hulk early to double-dip; I usually don't bother for secondary feeders, so I am 99% sure that's what Red Hulk did.

Now, Aikuu still feeds Toni primary so you can still get Toni covers if you need them via a feeder. So maybe this was all intended. But given everything that has been happening lately, some clarification would be much appreciated. Was Toni intentionally pulled out of Red Hulk champ rewards? Or not?
