VIP rewards not appearing for other Alliance members

Within our Alliance, two members (one being me) renewed our VIP subscriptions after R326 dropped. We did not see the Alliance rewards announced in Alliance Chat - we're not sure if they were just not announced, or not applied at all.

    I have noticed this issue as well. There used to be about 4-5 of us that would renew, but no one is receiving CP from the VIP reward renewal.
