Accused of cheating

I've been accused of cheating and apparently sandboxed since Thursday July 31,2025. I've missed both PvE and PvP rewards that I usually get on Friday. After contacting customer service Thursday night about being kicked out from my alliance and not being able to rejoin, I received a response from them on Friday afternoon, saying that I was flagged and proven guilty after reviewing evidence and that they will not help me in the future. I don't know what evidence they have because I don't know what I did exactly that is considered cheating, but I have a suspicion.

I've also reached out to Sokun Thursday night via Discord as well as reddit Friday afternoon, but he has not responded. I assume he is busy and now it's the weekend that he overlooked my post/messages, so I am hoping to get the attention of a moderator to get his attention.

From what I understand multiple people or maybe one prominent person make a report and as a result I am in this situation. This is an unfortunate way of handling things.

I would like to please talk to someone about it to clear up this situation so I can re-join my alliance.

If you abused the daily reward glitch they can end up sandboxing you

This was a bug where players could play with a set of characters to earn a daily reward, then shut the app down,restart the app and play another round to earn the same daily reward. Players could repeat this glitch as many times as they wanted to earn what was supposed to be a one time daily reward.

The two vaults that I know of that were affected were the Winter in July and the Fan Favorites vault.

Ok, I am familiar with that. I did receive extra tokens when my game crashed and I had to restart, but not enough to empty and reset the vaults.
