game not working

after the new update my game quit working, all I get is spinning wheels of death.
I have tried multiple un/installs and come up dry. looks and sounds like the game works for others. any "useful" advice would be appreciated.
when will the next update be, maybe it will work for me ?

    Probably useful to tell us what platform and device you’re on, and we can go from there

    Are you crossplay enabled? We fixed one of 2 issues causing this which was a support shard related issue and the other that hasn't been resolved is a crossplay enabled devices running into this.
