Tile area freezes mid match and can only "retreat" to resolve

in MPQ Bugs and Technical Issues

Second time this has happened this week. In the middle of a match, the tile area is suddenly not clickable, I cannot select any tiles. The area where my characters are shown CAN be clicked and different characters selected. The same is the case with the opeonents character view, but nothing in the actual tile are is clickable or works. The only option is to retreat

    got the same... question - do you think it could be THE SAME AREA?
    I mean - in my case it was (99% sure) twice the same 3-blues-down match...

    Yep, same thing just happened to me. Tried to match the purples to see if I could get new tiles to fall, but no dice.

    Mine situation... game suggested me to move marked 2 blue tiles...
