Does anyone know who works for the Stun Quest? As neither Winter Soldier does.

    You have to win with winter soldier.

    I'll see if I can get confirmation, but it looks like the Stunquest is indeed "Win 15 missions with Winter Soldier".
    Worked with both Winter Soldiers for me.
