Vraan, Executioner Thane targeting non-controlled creatures

Vraan, Executioner Thane has the ability "Activate 5 Black: Target creature you control loses a reinforcement." I am currently able to target Greg's reinforced creatures, not just creatures I control (see pic). I have successfully made Greg's creatures lose reinforcements with this ability.
