Cycling Still Broken

Cycling has gone from not draining any mana to draining the cycling cost from ALL of the cards in your hand. I can't seem to figure out the exact scenario, but it will sometimes work correctly and sometimes drain the mana from every card in your hand. This is also the case even if the card you are cycling has enough mana to pay for the cycling cost. I noticed this playing a cycling deck in the Trial of Ambition event today.
