Bug when purchasing the ascended

I bought the ascended Juggernaut as soon as it opened and the X of Sword Season Vault Tokens didn't come.

The description even changed after the purchase.

    I got a feeling there was a patch timing issue here. Definitely reach out to CS and they'll get you set up!

    @MPQBlaine do you really want to promote the in game Help System over email? There are so many instances of it not working, and it doesn’t assign any ticket numbers either. I would have expected you to share the CS email instead…
