Marvel Rivals PvP Bug

Just finished doing a bunch of battles (and skips) in the Marvel Rivals PvP.
Twice I stumbled across illegal teams that had Polaris/MThor on them. Even though these characters aren't allowed in this PvP it seems some players are able to get them on a team. My guess is they are putting 1 legal character in the middle and selecting a 'preset team' that has 2 characters (left/right) and it's somehow passing the check for invalid characters.
