Ral, crackling wit VNG bugs

Good day. First of all thank you for the new update adding the new BLB vanguards. I tried using the vanguard "Ral, crakcling wit" and found some few bugs. The first one is that his passive ability does not trigger when casting spells (no loyalty gained) and second, his 2nd loyalty otter's prowess ability isn't triggering as well. I haven't tried the 3rd ability yet, but that's it for now. Anyway, great job with the updates which makes the game more interesting.

    Have to update this one. His passive is working just fine, my mistake, but his otter token doesn't get prowess triggered.
