Exclusive cards from Outlaw not been added to crafting and booster packs [To be fixed]

As in each new set, the exclusive cards from the previous one (Outlaws in this case) have not been added to the booster packs and for crafting, again. This is happening each 3 months, please take a note as a "To do" in the list with things to change when a new set is launched.
