Missing retro rewards - Spider-Woman

I know that when feeder rewards are updated on characters, we’re supposed to automatically get them for ascended characters. That didn’t happen for me with Spider-Woman, I didn’t get a single May Parker cover or shard. I’ve messaged the support team in game, and sent an email, and haven’t heard back in over a week. What is going on here? By my estimates I’m missing 6 covers for May. Who can I talk to in order to receive these updated rewards?

When exactly did you login and expect to receive these rewards?

The ascended retro rewards only run for a week after the character is released. If you are just logging in today or yesterday you missed out.
