"Fixed: Creatures with Prevent Damage not being destroyed by Casualty mechanic."

please make sure you are on the current update. I would uninstall and reinstall it usually will fix problems like this.

it is working correctly for myself and others

We checked today - there are two cases of such behavior in my coalition.
We don't have any updates on Google Play. (I specially wrote the game client version)
