Why is it that with every purchase there is a problem getting what you paid for? Every VIP purchase NEVER gets credited and one always has to open a ticket. Every single time!! Three hours later, VIP active, no cards, no gems, no crystals and no runes. In addition being stuck on the same VIP level for the last (minimum) three purchases. Support: we’ll look into it. Solution: NOTHING but excuses! I hope you developers are embarrassed by your product and shoddy service. You charge a fortune and deliver rubbish. After seven years you would actually think your product would be improving. Nah beyond your scope.
