Roster Filter - Shards

Please fix this feature.   There is no need for 1* and 2* to be in the Shards filter feature since they don't have shards.   It adds to the clutter when we want to sort and look at the entire roster that needs shards.

Maybe add a Covers filter for us to sort which comics need more covers to max.   Make sure it doesn't count saved covers as well because that will mess up the sort even more so.

These two filters - Covers and Shards - will allow us to filter the roster better as more comics are added.
