Break up the 7-Day events into 2 events

For variety, please consider breaking the 7-day events into 2 events, so you don't have to adjust the rewards structure (including 5* shards) that you've established, but we can play a few more things.
I'm also one of the people who would welcome Heroic events back, just with full roster access (maybe more specific character boosts to encourage use).
