God-Eternal Oketra reinforce bug [Fixed]

I technically already reported to support, but wanted to put this here in case someone else runs across it.  I was dueling a player who had God-Eternal Oketra in play.  I killed it, and it instantly came back triggering it's reinforce ability.  As this was the only card my opponent had yet to cast with nothing else in their graveyard, it should not have triggered and cost me the game and the highest event rewards.  I have screenshots, but don't see a place to upload them here.

    This issue seems to be resolved in 4.0 version.

    Ah! I lost to this bug too, although it has been quite some time ago. I thought my opponent might have cast a Gather the Pack, so I never bothered. So it wasn't my imagination after all!
