New Releases and... Supports?

Every two weeks. Every two weeks there's a new character. The 4-star tier is so bloated it's not even funny. The sheer amount of characters will soon be ridiculous, if we're not already at that point. Not to say the developers should stop releasing new characters. But slow it the tinykitty down, man!

Would it work to occasionally swap characters out for new Supports? The better you place, the higher rank version of that Support you could win.
