Convert Red ISO to Purple ISO (and vice versa)

In light of the save system it's got me thinking.  What about an option to convert Red ISO into Purple ISO and Purple ISO into Red ISO.  That way players who have an over abundance of either could convert the one they aren't and/or can't use into one they can.  There would have to be some reasonable exchange rate based on how much rarer Red ISO and I'll leave it to the devs / mathy people to speculate what that should be.
