Venom Bomb Loaner Node - Missing Moonstone?

Has anyone else run into the issue where, if you use all three characters on the Loaner nodes in the latest Venom Bomb event, you are missing Moonstone?  The only the characters I have on my team are C4rol and 3-star Cap.  I have Moonstone rostered, and even if I didn't I could still use the one that they give you...but she just is not showing up for me.  This is on the Steam version, if that makes any difference.
