Medusa - When matching her CD tile ends a wave it does not produce attack tiles

I was playing a wave node today and when I matched away the CD tile the match damage itself killed the last remaining goon of that wave.  My turn ended and the next wave came in did their thing.   The 2 attack tiles that should have been created as a result of matching away her CD tile did not appear.

On my next turn a CD tile was created and when I matched it away the correct tiles were produced.

It's not a game breaker by any means but could be annoying depending on  the situation.

Happened to me multiple times as well.

Waves tend to be buggy. It's like player's team's powers "forget" to activate whereas AI's powers activate prematurely. Or did they fix the last part?
