Color of 5* Daily Resupply Covers

I'm trying to recall how many of the Daily Resupply 5* covers have been the first (strongest) color? I believe SS was black (tertiary), and I think GG was purple (secondary), but have the rest been the first/strongest color?
I think Banner is going to be up next (and I have 5 blue) so I'm curious as to my chances of actually being able to use the cover vs needing to sell.
