Probably shortly after.  That's been the event trend, however the last few features/changes have been announced before (but I think we already got that with the fact that we were told it was coming).

The event starts tomorrow at 12PM EST so expect to see a forum preview at 1PM EST tomorrow. 

Actually it might even be posted in the Events subforum but I haven't clicked over there yet lol
