A thought on bonus heroes and vaulting

As everyone knows, D3 isn't the greatest about advising about changes to the game. What if more changes are to come? Changes that would make vaulting older characters make sense. Such as an expansion of PVE and PVP placement rewards? We have been asking for this revision for a very long time. Would everyone be ok with vaulting if those 4* characters were offered as placement rewards out to top 100? Or, 250 even? Clearance levels 9 and 10, perhaps? Could we even see 5* covers as top 5, or 10? It maybe too early for that! But, then again, maybe not.

    Vaulting, at least in the form they have chosen is totally over the top even if there are more changes on their way.
