Requirements.
100 point per PvP event
Play every day unless have an excuse. e.g holidays
PVE: must be getting to third last reward on PVE events. So that's the 4* card and the next recruit token after it.
The idea that allows a little Leeway if can't push 100% on PVE events but expectation is to be giving it a good push on most PVE events. PvP is a bonus. Was in an alliance but too many scored low consistently but was a good group otherwise.
Sharing tips etc be a bonus also.
