I think it's time for anew. It's been roughly 6 months and 9 new 4 stars and 4 new 5 stars.

I'm particularly interested in some of the mid tier 4s, since I have completed the current top 10. e.g Kate, Punisher, Quake, and Nova (was in the previous survey, but with little coverage or experienced voters)
