im interested injoining your alliance
i have 56 roster slots 1 ful page of lv115 3 and 4 stars fully or almost fully mags
second page is full 94 2stars and some early 90s 3 stars
i usually top 10 in most pve event i get bare minimum 300 in every or almost every pvp event
i got kicked from my alliance without warnign because this week was roughandi only scored 18000 points so far in hulkbut if i can get in a top 100 alliance i assure i will scorewell in the iso 8 event for the alliance

Hi guys, looking to join if you still have openings. I'm looking for an active alliance but not so much top 100 that you will get kicked for missing events and the whole stress of hitting certain scores. I easily hit 300 in every pvp event and if needed I can contribute to PVE events.

I'm new to the forum side of things and have really become addicted to MPQ. That being said I am looking for an active alliance to join. I play every day have a roster of 61. I will only list the characters that are in a playable state (enough covers to be useful)

I mainly play pvp events but will do PVE events such as Ultron, enemy of the state if the rewards are worth the grind. I score around 600 - 800 in PVP events (depending on event)

I want to find a new alliance for my wife account, and I think Extraordinary will fit perfectly

She is daily player, participating in every PVP
Participate in every PVE as well, but don't make much points there
She is at the beginning of 2* to 3* transition with 30 rooster slots atm.
In Season XVII atm she made:

02 Hood - 466pst
03 Iron Fist - 487pst
In S.H.I.E.L.D will hit 1500pst maybe more.

Hi Extraordinary members!

I have sent a PM to all of you to gather opinion about a proposal of alliance grouping
Feel free to express your thoughts in this thread

The proposal
'Lock and Load' (T25 alliance, where inder is now) proposes us to join its grouping of alliance.
They have 3 alliances, a T25, a T100 (or close to) and a mostly inactive one.

Joining their group would mean
- each Extraordinary member could have the opportunity to temporarily join a top25 or a top 100 alliance (by swapping place) and earn alliance reward when he has a good score on an event.
- There could be some sharing of information for those who want to shield hop in PvP (need installing Line I guess)

Of course it also means that we would need to be more organized if we start to swap places.
And if none of our member want to swap places then joining this grouping would be pointless

What's your opinon, do you think we should agree?
Would you personally swap places temporarily if the opportunity was given to you ?
Feel free to express your thoughts (or questions) either by PM, on alliance thread or on the chat.

A test could be done since August 6th for incoming Deadpool vs MPQ PvE (4* Deadpool reward)

I am intrigued by the notion of jumping alliances but have some follow-up questions on how it will work. Will we trade player’s mid-event or does this need to occur prior to the event starting? Can you jump alliances mid-event, carry points and still obtain the new alliances rewards? At conclusion of PVE we change back to original alliance?
Open for discussion and willing to try it, I say we try it on a temporary basis.

As far as I know:
A player can move at anytime during an event and he will carry with him his event points (and all his pvp season points). He will obtain the allaince reward if he is in the alliance when the collective reward is received yes. This is the reason why the big alliances swap a lot of players in the last 30' of an PvE or PvP event. They are organized in groups of alliances to have enough players to feed the first alliance.
Inder suggested that we could do a test during Deadpool vs MPQ PvE. As I see it in the last day of the PvE (for example), we look at all the players scores and if some of us have higher scores than some of them, we swap players between Extraordinary and Lock and Load2 (their T100 allaince) to help them reach T100 alliance reward. The players who help for alliance score earn an allaince reward. Then they go back to Extraordinary
As says Ducon maybe nobody will be worth swapping!

edit: for T100 (alliance), a player probably need at least points for 1x - 1.5x progression reward

Operation: Deadpool vs MPQ PvE (August, 6th)

For this PvE, we will cooperate with our friends from Lock & Load2 and merge the two alliances for this event.
The idea is to gather the 20 best scorers out of 40 within Lock and Load2 so that LL2 can grab alliance top 100.
Technically, before the end of the PvE we will swap players (those who are willing to) between our two alliances)
Hence, the 20 contributors will earn the alliance top 100 reward (4* Deadpool cover)

If you are interested
Two words, communication and grinding
Communication:

You can notice the group that you plan to push. You should say what's your prefered way to receive message and watch if you are selected to move to LL2. So far, we can use ingame chat, this forum thread, forum PM or Line (an app to chat). If you decide to use Line, we'll use the chat group created for the operation

Grinding:

The goal is to bring the highest amount of points to the alliance. Consequently, if you want to try, you have to start PvE early (don't wait the last day). I remember you the basics: every 8h, you fight each node once and before the end of the sub you fight nodes several times to gather many points!

Edit: This PvE should be very competitive so a good score probably mean 2 x progression reward, at least (just a guess)

...and after?
If the operation is a success and is fun we could join the Lock & Load family (LL 1, 2, 3) and swap players more regularly among the alliances for PvP and PvE. The idea is that each player can move depending on his goals for a particular event and will be rewarded. You can belong to Extraordinary and enjoy the low pressure environment of a top 250 alliance but for a particular PvE where you score high you can join a top 100 alliance and be rewarded for your efforts.

roster: 39 (I have 5 characters above level 90 (including 3 maxed out 2*s) - but none above 100, 6 4*s, some very promissing 3*s, and deatbeat luck when trying to draw covers for those ),
usually end up between 30-110 on average
