Fix Alliance Chat

Using the alliance chat is painful. Autofill/autocorrect doesn't work, and it's near impossible to fix typos without backspacing all the way to the error instead of pressing on the screen and moving the cursor as you would with almost any other program. Also, no support for Emoji, etc.
