Iso usage question

I have an under levelled ideally covered teen jean, but I also have 9 three stars ready for championing. What should I sink my Iso into?

Champion your 3*s as you get the additional covers for them. It's less than a day's worth of ISO to champion a 3*, you can do it once you earn that 14th cover.

I see my max level ISO requirement changing as I level up char. What's the deal?

The max level changes because it shows what lvl you can get to if you were to buy iso and level.
