I am going to buy a 40 pack is it better to get the heroic or the taco packs?
The taco packs cost less but do you get the legendary tokens?

    I think the taco packs do not come with an extra legendary token. There's a legendary token in the vault which you may or may not get. I think the odds in general are better with a regular Heroic 40-pack, though it depends a bit on what you want to get from it.
