Who's the most UNDERRATED 5 star?

I havent regretted pulling for him once.
Hes a natural counter to 5witch.
In her boosted week he would often jump in front and reduce her dmg to -1.
Hes also great against boosteds match dmg
Plus he can be a real pain when boosted

True, but he is near the top of everyone's tier of "essential for fast pve clears" lists for this reason.  Hard to say he is underrated imo.

I was thinking more of the 5* ranking list here, where he comes in at #29, which I think is underrated.
