Atogatog support

Looking for more info on the atogatog support, when I was playing the size the day tope node I noticed 4 atog type suports, and randomly a atogatog support would drop with 25 shield and trample lifelink and hexproof buff to s cretures on the field. There is no mention of how to get the suport and so far it's random to who gets it. The player or the AI

    Just had to look this up—would be nice if the event rules explained this somewhere..

    It also happens at the beginning of a turn, not right when an atog hits 10 shields.
