Out of office (02/12/21)

Hi Everyone,

I wanted to inform all of you that we will be out of the office from tomorrow until Tuesday (13th to 16th) because we have the Brazilian Carnival and despite not being able to enjoy it on the streets, it's still a National Holiday.
Help Center will be working normally but some escalated tickets might have a longer response time and I will not be able to be here on the Forum.
We will be back next week with some news on the upcoming new collection.
