How do you get legendary cards without buying them?
I don’t see any loot boxes offering them or even a chance to get them.

    All Cargo Shipments should have a small chance of granting a Legendary card. In addition, some events feature Legendary units where you'll have a higher chance of earning one from its Buyout Box.

    in this week alone i got 1 storm shadow and cobra commander from free cargo, was hoping i could get that luck on my JOEs side i am yet to get a rare card for the JOEs

    The odds are now posted in game, but the legendary odds are only listed as "less than 1%"

    I have gotten 3 mindbenders, 1 cobra commander, and a WHALE from free or bronze crates.
