Here are the R174 Release Notes –

MPQ 174

  • Reduced the loading time it takes to enter a new event
  • The game no longer crashes when launching the game while using a proxy.
  • Push notifications are working again on iOS devices.

    The update text said something about character balance changes.  Was that text left in by mistake?

    It always references a character balance. So yes, it’s most likely a mistake that never gets changed.

    Cloak and Dagger season 2 is coming and there seems to be quite some publicity about Mayhem, so maybe that's the next toon?

    Or it's Flatman seen from the side?
