    Value wise for the people who do buy groups, this is not a good deal. 
    100 dollar purchase gets you 140 command points in a buy group.
    at 75% of that you get 105 command points.

    Also, 75 command points seems a lot like they are selling command points for a dollar a piece with a throw in costume and some hero points.

    It really does feel like, they are going against their "promise" not to ever sell command points.

    CP is the real offer, at nearly a dollar a pop, lessened due to the additional HP. The costume is the bonus masquerading as the lead. Also, note it's 75 CP that'll get you around a third of the way to the out-of-rotation Thor cover offer.

    Probably a glich. I saw the same thing with the previous costume deal where it didn’t appear for me before the end date. I reported it here people said I was wrong. Sure enough later it came back for me.
